I am formally requesting for a refund of my double payment during my online booking / process of my National Police Clearance yesterday, November 1, 2023: 1st Payment: online BPI eGov Ref#: 16987938930941542695 Php 167.00 (during the payment the system / website says something error, therefore I proceed to Gcash Payment) 2nd Payment: online Union Bank eGov Ref#: UB65825 Php167.00 Just now, I called the BPI hotline, and the CS Staff says that it was successfully processed, and she cannot revert / refund it.
