Dear [FOI Department], I am writing to request information on the process to change the delivery address of my Philippine Identification (PhilID). I have recently received my ephilID and need to update the delivery address for my physical PhilID card. May 24, 2023 Dear Juden Labriaga, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 24, 2023 03:03:55 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office.
