Hi,
I would like to clarify my request.
Here’s a history, City of Cebu has claimed that our private land Lot 2863 - F from Cad 12 and Lot 3986 From Free Patent were proclaimed by Pres Marcos as included in National Project SlR or Slum Improvement and Resettlement .
(Same project with Tondo Dagatdagtan, Davao and Cagayan)
I finally found Proclamation 2441 ( it was never published) states Foreshore lands of Pasil, Suba, and ALASKA were reserved for SIR.
That is why I have been writing you since 2017 trying to find surveys or plans of this proclamation because our land was not in the attached technical descriptions in the Special Patent 3528 issued in Register of Deed with title OCT 3330 yet it was expropriated .
I want to know what President Marcos meant using Alaska only . Where is Alaska ?

It’s so difficult to explain because I am overwhelmed with the thousands of lots’ technical description are typed by a city clerk and stamped only with the surveyor signature .
I have copies of titles released with time stamp at 9:30 pm or always after 6 pm . The LGU Denr partnership has made it easier to bypass requirements. 😊
I wish there would be an audit and an investigation because it’s a mess .
