Hi! This is Ms. Joy Lamod. I graduated from PUP Mulanay, year 2010. I am now taking another bachelor's degree in La Concordia College. My current school is asking for my NSTP Serial Number. Upon request to PUP Mulanay Registrar, I was told that the school does not provide NSTP serial number to CWTS but only for ROTC. May I know where and how can I request for my NSTP Serial Number to comply with my current school's requirement. Thank you!
June 6, 2022 Dear Joy Lamod, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 04, 2022 12:45:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Request for NSTP Serial Number. Response to your request PUP does not issue NSTP Serial Number. It is issued by the CHED Regional Office that issues the NSTP Serial Number.
