To Whom It May Concern, Good day! I would like to request for my NSTP Serial Number. I took up my NSTP - CWTS at the City University Pasay in the year 2014-2015. I transferred later on to Arellano University, Jose Abad Campus Pasay and graduated last 2018. I was not able to get it from the my previous school and now I will be needing my NSTP Serial Number for it is a requirement needed for my transcript of records which I needed for the upcoming Licensure Exam for Teachers. Hoping for your favorable immediate response, thank you!

November 19, 2020 Dear Mae Macawili, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 18, 2020 03:03:55 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Request for NSTP Serial Number. Your FOI request is approved. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar. Given these, may we advise you to contact your school registrar where you finished your NSTP to help you on this matter. Thank you. Respectfully, FOI Officer
