Good day! I would like to request for my NSTP serial number. My name is Manuel Manolo G. Magracia Jr. I was graduated from Asian Institute of Computer Studies - Dasmariñas Branch since year 2013. This is very urgent. Is it possible sir/madame you can send me the hard copy? This is for the requirement of my graduation this year. Looking forward to your positive response. Thank you!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 14, 2021 08:40:15 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Request for NSTP Serial Number. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar.
