Hi I am Raphael Montefalcon. I would like to request for my NSTP serial number from my former school STI College Southwoods Barangay. Maduya Carmona, Cavite of the Philippines School year 2009-2011. 
I need it because I was transferred from other school and they looking for my nstp serial number to credit my NSTP subject. For academic purposes only.  Thank you.

Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar.

Given these, may we advise you to contact your school registrar where you finished your NSTP to help you on this matter.

Good day I already had a communication from my registrar of the school and starting requesting for last 2 years from now. And currently 2 years from my transferred school. I always follow up every 4 to 6 months to the registrar regarding about my request of the NSTP serial and she always said that my request is always processing to CHED due to I am Diploma in Information Technology (NC IV) Techvoc graduate in STI College. 

I'm expecting they will processed my request and to complete the requirements of my present school, when I'm close to graduation day of my transferred school maybe I still can't get that request serial number from STI college Southwoods. Because they always say ongoing process. What I you should do next to solve my problem regarding of my NSTP serial? thank you
