Good day! I am Roger L. Ongue, a graduate from Christ the King College, Gingoog City would like to request for my NSTP serial number from my previous school. In A Y. 2011-2012, I enrolled at Cagayan de Oro College in Cagayan de Oro for two consecutive semesters wherein I took my NSTP-CWTS 1 and 2 there. After that, I stopped college for a year. In 2013, I transferred at Caraga State University, Ampayon, Butuan. In 2014, I transferred again at Christ the King College. The CKC registrar needs to input my NSTP serial # for the processing of my CAV. I am hoping for your soonest reply.

September 5, 2020 Dear Roger Ongue, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 02, 2020 08:49:30 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Request for NSTP-CWTS Serial Number. Your FOI request is approved. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar.
