Good Day! Madam/Sir I'm Rey Angelo E. Pilo, I'm writing this letter to request your good office for the release of my NSTP certificate with serial number. I need the certificate with the serial number for the release of my TOR to be able to apply for the Civil Engineering licensure examination this coming November. I completed my NSTP 2 at Southern Leyte State University last year. My university already requested the certificate but is still in the process and I need it as soon as possible. Hoping for your kind consideration. Respectfully, Rey Angelo E. Pilo
