Your Request You asked for Request for my Income Tax Return. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. I sent a copy of of the information you requested via email. Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested. We were not able to provide you with the requested information for the periods 2008-2016. In relation to your BIR 2316 from 2008-2014, we regret to inform you that this Office does not have the information since it was only starting 2015 when the employers were required to furnish the BIR with scanned copies of BIR Form No. 2316. Your employer was not required to submit copies of 2316 certificates during the period requested. Your information for the years 2015-2016 is also not found in the records submitted by your employer. After careful consideration, however, we resolve to grant your request but only up to the compensation and withholding tax information found in the Alphalist of Employees filed by your employer for 2011-2016.
