Hi LTO, Kindly review your response below as it did not address my query Response: "3,Search online Memorandum Circular No.:2020-2240" Query: (3) Any update(s) on the headlight test requirement as regards the deviation of optic axis direction indicated in LTO MC 2020-2240. I am referring to the text of the Memorandum, i.e. under the heading 5.4.3.6.7, "For the first two (2) years, all optic axis deviation data shall only be gathered for further analysis and establishment of standards." I am asking if the deviation of optic axis direction at 10 m forward requirement has now an update given that it's 2023 already. Please review. I look forward to receiving your response.
