Good day po; Nag request na po ako sa Pag-ibig sa pamamagitan ng ng email sa [email protected] ito po yung mga email reference number na binigay nila  6780306 ;   6810384 ;   7223807   Nandyan po sa email reference number lahat ng personal information na binigay ko sa Pag-ibig. Last February 13, 2021 pa ako nag request sa kanila na ibigay ko naman na po lahat ng requirements nila na Certificate of Remittance na galing sa employer. Pero hanggang ngayon wala pa silang binigay. Pwede niyo po I send yung request ko sa [email protected]

February 13, 2021 - Nag request po ako sa Pag-ibig ng copy MSAV sa email nila na [email protected] 
February 15, 2021 – Nag acknowledge ang pag-ibig na natangap nila ang request ko at hiningian nila ako ng personal information and 2 valid id’s for validation. Nagbigay din sila ng reference number na 6780306.
February 16, 2021 – Nag response ako sa email nila at binigay ko ang personal info at copy ng 2 valid id’s ko.
February 18, 2021 – Nag acknowledge sila na natangap nila ang email at ang attachment. At nagbigay ulit sila ng bagong reference number na 6810384.
February 22, 2021 – Nag follow-up regarding sa request ko.
February 26, 2021 -  Nag email sila na natanggap nila ang follow-up email ko. At sinabi nila na nag follow-up din sala sa concern na department.
March 6, 2021 – Naka tanggap ako ng email sa pag-ibig na humihingi ng Certificate of Remittance sa akin.
March 24, 2021 – Nag send ako ng copy ng Certificate of Remittance galling sa employer ko.
March 26, 2021 – Nag acknowledge sila na tanggap na nila yung Certificate. At sinabing na endorsed na daw yung request ko sa concern na branch. At bagong reference number na 7223807.
March 30, 2021 – Nag follow-up ako ng request.
April 1, 2021 – Nag acknowledge nila yung follow-up ko.
April 9, 2021 – Nag follow-up ulit ako.
April 12, 2021 – Nag acknowledge sila at sabi nila conclusively making follow-up report sa concern na branch.
April 17, 2021 – Nag follow-up ulit ako.
April 19, 2021 – Nag send sila ng system-generated kung paano mag apply ng MP Loan. Pero hindi naman yun yung request ko.

Dear MR. ROVINRALPH BALLAD,

This refers to your eFOI request received on 23 April 2021 sent to the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you made a follow-up on the message you sent via [email protected] with Reference Nos. 6780306, 6810384, and 7223807. According to you, your request was sent last 13 February 2021 and you have already given the Certificate of Remittance from your employer but you still have not received any update. 

Kindly be informed that Section 3 of Executive Order No. 2, series of 2016 (Executive Order) grants every Filipino citizen the right to access information, official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development. 

In accordance with the aforementioned Executive Order, the Pag-IBIG Fund People’s Freedom of Information Manual (Manual) also states that “Information for Disclosure” includes: information promoting the awareness and understanding of policies, programs, activities, rules or regulations affecting the public, government agencies, and the community and economy (Section 2 of the Manual). 

In other words, the nature and subject of requests for information pursuant to Executive Order No. 2, series of 2016 refer to the right of Filipino citizens to information on matters of public concern. It excludes requests pertaining to personal transactions with the Fund, which necessarily involves disclosure of personal information.

Considering that your request pertains to your personal transaction and record with the Fund, this is not covered under the aforementioned Executive Order and Manual. 

Meanwhile, we took the liberty of endorsing your request to the operating unit concerned – the Member Relations Department (MRD). We were informed that our MRD tried to call your mobile number but the phone line was unattended. Nevertheless, you were provided a copy of your requested documents via your e-mail address.
