Good morning po, hihingi po sana ako tulong sainyo kung paano po makahingi ng medical assistance at makapag reserve ng incubator sa kahit ano pong government hospital. Para po makalipat si baby ko, 30weeks ko lang po kasi nailabas ng december 17, 2021 si baby, naka 5 goverment hospital at dalawang balik po kami sa ospital ng makati nag baka sakali sa incubator pero no luck po. Kaya wala na pong choice dito ko po nailabas si baby sa st. Lukes. Mejo lumalaki na po ung bill sana po matulungan nyo kami mai-transfer sa government hospital.

You asked for Request for Medical Assistance for my 30th week Premature baby.
Response to your request
We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated.
For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance.
For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx.
For chemotherapy, post kidney and liver transplant/ hemophilia medicines and epoetin injection under the PCSO Medical Access Program, please find the attached herein new procedures for the availment of medicines for outpatients under the Medical Access Program in NCR.
For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices.
