Hi! I would like to request or trace the location of this number 09756454823, as it was used by a hacker who was able to hack my friend's messenger acnt. The hacker, who pretended to be my friend, provided this number as her Gcash acnt number where i sent a payment or 10k. It was only early this morning that my friend advised that her Messenger acnt was hacked. We need to locate this number to file necessary actions. If you need additional requirements (i.e. the text messages received from this number) for this request, please let us know. Thank you so much for your immediate response.

Response to Request Please be informed that the NTC has no capability to locate lost cellphone unit and also the cellphone numbers. In reference to the above request , may we refer you to visit/contact our Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) for the Complaint on Text Message (Text Spam, Text Scam, Illegal/Obscene Text Message, THREATS and other related Items.)
