Hi, Good Morning I would like to request some information regarding: 1. Location of Jasmine Trillanes who used this number linked and registered on GCASH for scam. 09560949107 09318988260 2. We really don't know the exact location of this Jasmine Trillanes. 3. She make a lot of fake Driver's License and uses a lot of names on the Land Transportation Office. 4. I have all the supporting screenshot for the proof the she scammed a money amounting more or less 200,000 pesos. I am willing to cooperate with all my efforts. So please let me know the true identity and exact location of this person

Response to Request Please be informed that the NTC has no capability to locate lost cellphone unit and also the cellphone numbers. In reference to the above request , may we refer you to visit/contact our Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) for the Complaint on Text Message (Text Spam, Text Scam, Illegal/Obscene Text Message, THREATS and other related Items.)
