Hi gusto ko po sana humingi ng tulong para makakuha ng kopya ng listahan ng SAP para sa mga nabigyan ng ayuda ng DSWD dahil po meron nagaganap na maling desisyon sa aming baranggay ng nabaong garlang san ildefonso bulacan dahil ang mga talagang kailangan na bigyan ng ayuda ay di nakasama sa lista katulad nalang ng aking asawa na bagong panganak na di naisali sa binigyan dahil daw di sya naka rehistro sa aming lugar at di naman daw po botante samin ang aking asawa...ang masakit po dun bakit yung kapatid ng kapitan nakasama sa binigyan ng ayuda at kapatid ng konsehal ng barrio namin tama ba yun

Sana po ay makita namin lahat ng listahan ng mga nakasali sa binigyan ng SAP para sa ayuda ng DSWD dahil may mga tinitingnan po kasi ang mga taga lista sa aming lugar

You requested information on the following: (1) List of SAP in Barangay Nabaong Garlang, San Ildefonso, Bulacan because you allege possible corruption on the part of the barangay officials.

Response to your request

Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

However, you may contact the DSWD Social Amelioration Program Hotline Numbers at telephone  number 16545 or by cellular phones through calling 09474822864 (Smart), 09162471194 (Globe) or 09329333251 (Sun) or texting 09189122813 or by e-mail at [email protected] to inquire about your concerns and/or report irregularities about the Social Amelioration Program brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

As to the publication of names, the Department of Interior and Local Government has already ordered each barangay to publish the SAP beneficiaries. Thus, you could inquire at your barangay regarding this matter.

Further, you may also wish to direct your other concerns to the DILG by submitting a request to them via this portal. You may also contact them by telephone at 8876-34-54 or fill-out the form located at their Public Assistance Center page at https://www.dilg.gov.ph/public-assistance-center.
