Greetings!
The undersigned is currently undergoing a research for foreigners who chose to stay in the country specifically in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) despite the pandemic.
If possible, I would like to request for a listing broken down per municipality and their respective country of origin.
Also, if possible kindly separate the list of foreign students with the same breakdown, country of origin and their municipality of residence in the Philippines.
