Hi, We would like to request for copies of any written endorsements made or action taken by the Bureau of Local Government Finance on our Request for Legal Opinion on Prescription of Real Property Taxes. We sent our request to the Dept. of Finance and BLGF on December 4, 2017, and have sent two (2) follow up letters to them since regarding the same (dated 8 January 2018 and 15 March 2018). We are informed that the matter has been forwarded to the office of Undersecretary Antonette C. Tionko, Revenue Operations Group (ROG) for appropriate action.
