We are recommending for our Management Information System office to create the Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP) for the province of Misamis Oriental. It is stated under NCC MC 2003-02, section 3 - "Another template has been designed by NCC to suit the ICT needs of the Local Government Units (LGUs). LGUs who opt to make their ISSPs are therefore encouraged to use the recommended format specifically designed for LGUs only" May we request for the document template referenced in this memorandum circular? Or is there an updated template published by DICT for LGUs? Thank you!
