Hello Philhealth team,
My mother in law was admitted in Sacred Hearth Hospital, Malolos for 4.5 days then we transferred her in Bulacan Medical Center. She is 80 years old.
We accumulated 430k for 4.5 days. Therefore we arranged for check-out from Sacred Heart and transfer to BMC.
However, Sacred Heart refuse to honor the patient's right to Philhealth stating that it was because of transfer, they will not be able to charge Philhealth. Based from my research, Sacred Heart is a Level 2 hospital and BMC ievel 3 and therefore, referral package should apply. May you clarify?

In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 06, 2022.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
