Greetings! I am urgently requesting the following information and status regarding the coal-fired power plant project of San Ramon Power Inc. (SRPI), which has a capacity of 100MW and is situated in Barangay San Ramon, Zamboanga City, to wit: 1. Tree Cutting Permit; 2. Foreshore Lease Agreement; 3. Renewal of Environmental Compliance Certificate; and 4. Any other relevant documents concerning the above. 5. Information regarding whether SRPI has applied for and been issued a Foreshore Lease Agreement. 6. The current status of SRPI's renewal and the status of its ECC Thank you so much.
