Dear Concerned Agency, I am requesting specific information on forming a legal Employees Association that promotes the welfare and protection of employees' interests in DepEd. I have checked publicly available resources and have not found the information I need. Please provide copies of the guidelines and technical assistance for forming a legal Employees Association. This includes legal requirements, registration process, existing DepEd guidelines, and technical assistance provided to employees forming an Employees Association. Thank you for your prompt response.
