Dear Sir or Madam:
We are Jayson Alolod and Joshua Alolod, twins, 18 years of age, and upcoming Grade 12 students of the Holy Cross of Agdao. We both reside at 22 Del Rosario Street, Brgy. Rafael Castillo, Davao City. We learned that your establishment, the Davao City Water District (DCWD), is supplying drinking water to our residence and that the water supply is extracted from one of nine production wells. We are very interested to learn more about your operation. In this regard, we would like to get more information of the following subject matter:
1. Production well and water supply system serving our residence at 22 Del Rosario Street, Brgy. Rafael Castillo, Davao City. We suspect the Cabantian production well, which is closest among them, is what supplies to us but we would like to confirm from you.We would also like to have a copy of the production process in detail and a process flow chart/diagram.
2. Recent water quality report. We would like to find out what contaminants in the water that are regulated and monitored by your laboratory. A copy of your water quality report will be sufficient.
Kindly send your reply to this email address [email protected] and followed by mail to our address stated above.Your timely and complete response is much appreciated.
Sincerely,
Jayson Alolod
