Dear Sir/Ma'am, Good day! This is to appeal for your help in medical and hospitalization bills of my father, Alfredo Matanguihan who is diagnosed with COVID-19 severe condition. Despite the order of the Doctor for discharge, the hospital won't allow us to leave unless we settle the remaining balance, as of September 7, our partial bill is amounting to 360,649.04 As of now, we run out of funds since we buy some of the needed medicine on cash basis and they required us to settle partial bills. We are praying that you'll extend your kindness to my father and our family. Thank you.
