Hi, good day! I would like to request for financial assistance to continue my medication. I am ex-ofw, worked in uae for almost 15 years, i came back home with burden of fighting breast cancer. i was diagnosed last 2017 of breast cancer stage2, i had my chemotherapy and mastectomy while in uae, after such treatment i decided to go back home and continuing my medication here. Since i am also a single parent, i dont have savings of my earnings while working abroad, as i am sole supporting my son in all his expenses and needs. Hope you can help me for my daily maintenance.

14 May 2020 Dear Ms. Honorina Plopino, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 27 April 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You requested for financial assistance to continue your medication for breast cancer. You were an ex-OFW who worked in UAE for 15 years, where you had your chemotherapy and mastectomy. You are currently back home in Rodriguez, Rizal to continue your medication. You are also a single parent, supporting your son, and, thus, with no savings. Response to your request Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.
