I am currently conducting a case study as a school requirement in our university. I am assigned to make an environmental assessment on the city of San Fernando, La Union. 

With this, I would like to request for the data and information of San Fernando, La Union about their environment management (e.g., status of air quality, water quality, waste management etc).
