Hi! I am an Architecture student from Mapua University, I would like to request a copy for the following information:
1.A list of provinces with the most frequent power outage.
2. A list of cities with the most frequent power outage.
3. Cities/Provinces with the highest electricity rate.
I would use the data for justification of my thesis proposal.
