Good Day. May I request the data on DPWH construction materials price data (CMPD) in all regions in the Philippines from January 2019 to Present (February 2022)?

February 16, 2022 Dear Ana Encarnacion, I refer to my letter of Feb 15, 2022 09:55:07 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for DPWH Construction Materials Price Data (CMPD). Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer,([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the data being requested, the reason for the request and your contact details. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.
