Good Day! I am Mark Angelo Gutierrez, a 4th year Civil Engineering student from University of Nueva Caceres, Naga City. I would like to request for the latest DPWH Construction Material Price Data (CMPD) in all regions in the Philippines. I will be needing this data as part of my research in geotechnical engineering.
