Good day,

I just want to ask regarding on how to will I be able to get a copy of my Diploma and TOR? I graduated on 2008, I had my documents true copy but due to some circumstances I lost them. And my old vocational school has been closed permanently. Will I still be able to get a new copy of my Diploma and TOR?

Thank you so much for the quick response! I guess I made a little mistake regarding the agency that I have chosen to. 
I should applied to CHED instead of DepEd. Should I make another request for it?

The Department of Education (DepEd) caters to kindergarten, elementary (Grade 1-6) and secondary education (Grade 7-10 or Junior High School and Grade 11-12 or Senior High School) only.
