Hi, I would like to request for a copy of my Grade School diploma and TOR. I graduated in March 1995. But the school already closed down many years ago, and I don't know where to get my official records. Name of School: Our Lord's Grace Montessori Address: Commonwealth Avenue, Fairview, Quezon City Name of Student: Michael Fritz Nolasco If Dep-Ed has no copy of TOR, can you just provide a proof that the school has closed, like a certification? And if possible a diploma. I really hope you can help me. Thanks, Fritz
