Good day!
My name is Karen Cariño Research Assistant from Ibon Foundation Inc. and currently working on transportation research.
In an interview to DOTr USec Pastor on March 7, 2023, he stated that there would be an increase of equity subsidy for PUVM on 2nd qtr this year
I would like to request for a copy of a department order or memorandum circular that stated that there would be an increase of equity subsidy up to a maximum amount of 260,000 pesos, and a copy of a guideline that states that jeepney drivers will get compensated once they surrender their old units.

Good day!
To answer your question of which Department Order I am referring to, there is none that I found on the DOTr website that (1) There is an increase up to a maximum amount of 260,000 pesos equity subsidy for jeepney drivers, (2) I did not see any memo or Department orders that refers to compensation to jeepney drivers who will surrender their old units.
However, DOTr Usec styated this in an interview with GMA7. Here's the link of the interview for reference.
