Good day! I would like to ask for help to claim my COVID-19 financial assistance. I tested positive last June 19,2021 but until now I am still suffering from post-COVID syndrome. i am still experiencing shortness of breath and severe backpain and headache. Due to that I was not able to go to work. Please help me with this, I still need to consult to a specialist regarding my situation. I am hoping for your positive response. Thank you very much.

I hereby communicate you through phone with regards to the information you requested that you have already claimed the said assistance. Your right to request a review. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
