Hello, I would like to request a copy of the letter (dated 07 June 2019) sent from BI to the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) mentioned in DFA memo DIV3-509-JMW/2019 dated 18 June 2019. The said letter conveys that holders of ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) ID's "..may the use of ASEAN/Diplomatic Lanes in the Immigration Area of the airport during arrival and departure.".
