Hi, The undersigned hereby request for a copy of cadastral from the given facts below: TCT No. EP-1480 Lot 26 of subdivision plan, PSD-04-015597 Barrio Papaya, Municipality of Nasugbu, Province of Batangas BBM No. 38, Cad. 618, Nasugbu Cadastre. As indicated in the purpose of usage, there is a conflict between two title as the owner of the adjacent lots provided a 'new' survey plan claiming portion of our lot.
