Hi. I just have a few questions about the data sent to me on September 6 (#BJMP-363336369759) - Does the table "Statistical Data of all Manned Jails in the Province of Bohol" cover only the CY 2021 or is it 2021 and the years before? - If the table is for CY 2021, does this mean that for Bohol District Jail Male Dorm, 423 of the 662 PDLs have drug cases? And for the year 2021, only 25 were committed and 17 were released? - What is the definition for Congestion Rate in this table? Is this in percent? And what is the formula / basis for basis for the numbers in the Congestion Rate column?
