In light of a claim to be filed with the CTA representing excise taxes sold to international air carriers for use or consumption outside the PH from April-June 2021 by our client, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation, we'd like to request for CTCs of ATAs which the PH signed with the ff. countries: China, Ethiopia, Papua New Guinea (PNG), Malaysia, USA, Hong Kong, Singapore. Since your office is not in possession of the originals of the Interim ASA with PNG and ASA with USA, may we request a Cert to that effect and copies of said ASAs that the library has in custody.
