Good day, Ma'am/Sir! I am a graduate of Alternative Learning System program of New Era University last 2018. I would like to ask if possible to request for another copy of my Certificate of Rating for me to complete my college graduation requirements in my present university here in Bulacan. I submitted the original one of the certificate that you gave right after the graduation of ALS batch 2018 when i was preparing my requirements to enroll in college in the same year.
