Dear JOHN ANDY, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 03, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Request for Certificate of Invulontary separation for sss claim. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not issue Certificate of Involuntary Separation for SSS Claim. Considering that the term " compensation" in the name of our agency, Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) refers to disability as a result of work-connected, sickness or injury, the issuance of the subject document may be the domain of another gov't agency. if we are not mistaken, the subject document, certificate of involuntary separation, is one of the requirements in applying for unemployment insurance at the SSS. Considering that subject document refers to termination of employment, DOLE-NCR may be the competent agency to address the request. You may wish to contact DOLE - NCR or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://pcoomaster03202017103000-dot-efoi-ph.appspot.com/help.
