Hi Good day! I would like to request a certification for involuntary separation for my application for SSS unemployment benefit. I have been with CNM BPO SOLUTIONS located in Buhangin Complex, Carnation Street Buhangin Davao City. since March 3, 2018 - June 30, 2021. But due to this pandemic my company decided to downsize and I am one of the 295 unfortunate employees to be involuntary separated. Hoping for your kind consideration. Yours truly, Ma. Please be advised that pursuant to the Department Circular No 01. Series 2019-Section IV- Venue of Filing of Application for DOLE Certification stated that "employees who are involuntary separated may file their application for DOLE certification at the DOLE Field Office of jurisdiction". Separated employees may apply via walk-in but due to the pandemic, affected employees are highly encouraged to apply online if the service is available.
