April 1, 2022 Dear Lorina Sagosoy, Thank you for your request dated Mar 31, 2022 03:59:34 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Request for Certificate of Involuntary Separation for SSS locally employed. Please be advised that pursuant to the Department Circular No 01. Series 2019-Section IV- Venue of Filing of Application for DOLE Certification stated that "employees who are involuntary separated may file their application for DOLE certification at the DOLE Field Office of jurisdiction". Separated employees may apply via walk-in but due to the pandemic, affected employees are highly encouraged to apply online if the service is available. Thank you.
