Good day! I would like to request a Certificate of Involuntarily Separation for my SSS benefit. I was one of the agents being retrenched last July 01, 2021 due to the ongoing pandemic. July 17, 2021 Dear Ronnie Rick Selencio, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 12, 2021 07:24:56 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Certification of involuntary separation for SSS. Please be advised that pursuant to the Department Circular No 01. Series 2019-Section IV- Venue of Filing of Application for DOLE Certification stated that "employees who are involuntary separated may file their application for DOLE certification at the DOLE Field Office of jurisdiction". Separated employees may apply via walk-in but due to the pandemic, affected employees are highly encouraged to apply online if the service is available.
