March 25, 2021 Dear Algerico yu, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 19, 2021 09:31:51 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Request for Certificate of Involuntary Separation for SSS. As per DOLE Department Circular No. 01 s. 2019, Guidelines in the issuance of DOLE Certification as a requirement for Application of Payment of Unemployment insurance or Involuntary Separation, by the SSS, the certification shall be issued by the DOLE Regional or Field Office having jurisdiction to your company.
