Hi, I've been sending an email and even called many times on how will I be able to get a Certificate of Citizenship (born and raised here in the Phils and no other citizenship) but still bo answer.

I am requesting of Certificate of Citizenship (09/16/1983 DOB in Pasay) as we are planning to get married in Bosnia on March 10, 2022.

I am hoping for your kind consideration.
