Good day! I am requesting a copy of my father's BIR Form 2316 for the fiscal years 2020 and 2021. This is because it serves as a requirement for college scholarships for the school year 2023–2024. We have tried reaching their HR department, but they said they could not provide any more copies as they already gave their last one to my father on November 17, 2022. Unfortunately, my father lost it on his way home. I am hoping for your utmost consideration. Regards, Michael L. Ramo
