Hi, I would like to request for the following documents in relation to the Panguil Bay Bridge Project (Contract ID No. 18Z00026 entitled Design -Build for the Construction of Panguil Bay Bridge Project under the Korea Export-Import Bank-Economic Development Cooperation Fund (KEDCF), Loan Agreement No. Phl-18: 1. DPWH Resolution No. 2019-02 regarding the Panguil Bay Bridge Project and its award; 2. Notice to Proceed dated February 14, 2020
