Good day! I would like to request a copy of the Barangay blotters made by the VAWC officer and Barangay Captain Randy Miranda of Barangay Pag-asa Obando Bulacan against my brother Edgar B. Nuique, I would also like to request a copy of Barangay Blotter, Patala we file in their Barangay Hall. I'm hoping for immidiate response . Thank you!
