Purpose: Implementation of online survey for UPLB-INREM project

The UPLB-INREM is implementing a research project funded by DOST-PCAARRD titled “Natural Capital Accounting of Coastal and Marine Ecosystems in the West Philippine Sea”. On behalf of our project team, I would like to request permission from UPLB-HRDO to provide the team with access to the email addresses of the employed teaching and research personnel. The team is planning to administer the online survey through email blasting to at least 500 constituents in order to chieve comprehensive data collection. We will provide a copy of our survey instrument upon request of the evaluator. Thank you.

This refers to your request dated 02 August 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for information on the historical climate data in Los Baños, Laguna. Since you did not provide Form F which needs your signature and should be administered under oath as required under the UP FOI Manual, we regret that we are constrained to DENY your request.
