Good morning Ma'am/Sir, I lost my original senior high F138, I'm currently a first year student and I'm planning to transfer to another school next school year; to do that, I have to pass all of the documents I haven't submitted yet. I found out through this website that I have to get a certain certificate from my previous school to get it certified to divisions office; can you please specify what certificate do I need to request? I would be very much thankful if you could respond to my inquiry asap. Thank you!
