Hello, Good day! My name is Cothy Claire Guillena . I am a graduate of the ALS back in 2015 at Agusan del Sur National High School. I would like to request for a Certified Original Copy of my ALS Diploma as I have lost my original copy because of a big flood in our place . I am requesting for another original one because I am applying for University this coming school year. I would be willing to pay any extra charges for this. Hope you can get back to me as soon as possible. Looking forward to hear from you. Thank you!
